About US
We are a team of masters level social workers, professional sonographers, and mothers - from various faiths and backgrounds- who have a passion for sharing the gift of life and the beauty of the pre-born person with our youth. With the help of pregnant volunteers, this is made possible through live ultrasound technology.

Nikki and her family started Heart of a Child Ministries in 2012. Inspired by their seven- year-old daughter, Grace, this ministry shines the light on the gift of the child and the miracle of life through pro-life Celebration of Life live ultrasound presentations and through the Pro-life Prayer Pillows and other products that celebrate life. Nikki lives with her husband, Bernie, on a hobby farm in Nebraska raising their six kids and forty-something animals. More about Nikki can be found on www.nikkischaefer.org.
